There are some really creative advent calendars available now, so if you’re looking for fun advent calendar ideas for kids, you’ll want to check these out! They are a really great way to get your kids excited for Christmas. They will love opening a door on their advent calendar and finding a surprise each day! This post contains affiliate links. All opinions are mine alone. #ClubTysonFFL It’s football season again, and I’m so excited to share a couple of quick and easy game day recipes with you! My friends and family love football, and we are from New England, so I bet you can easily guess who our favorite team is. When I have company over to watch the game, I don’t want to spend the whole time in the kitchen slaving over the stove. I have two toddlers, so I am already busy enough tending to them, without adding extra work. I want to be able to relax, watch the game, and spend some quality time with my friends and family. I keep our game day gatherings pretty low key. I don’t go all [CONTINUE READING…]
This post is sponsored by Carter’s; however, all thoughts and opinions are my own. It’s halfway through November! Can you believe that?! Are you ready for the holidays yet? I just finished up most of my Christmas shopping for the kids, and only need to pick up a few stocking stuffer items now. It feels so good to be almost done and not have that lingering over my head. While I was doing my Christmas shopping, I hit up Carter’s for a cute holiday outfit and a pair of festive holiday pajamas for my 1 year old son, Logan. They have so many fantastic outfits to choose from in their Holiday Shop! This kid, I tell you, he is such a boy. He is on the go constantly, climbing up everything, playing in the dirt, running around the house and yard. He never stops. If there is trouble around, he will find it. I love [CONTINUE READING…]
Nostalgic gift ideas are on my mind this holiday season! I think giving someone a flashback to the things they loved in their childhood is such a great way to put a smile on their face. I was born in 1981, so I am just loving all of this 80’s stuff that is coming back in style right now. Everywhere I look, there are things that remind me of my childhood. The Goldbergs (an 80’s version of The Wonder Years) has quickly become one of my favorite TV shows, and I can’t believe that I’m buying my daughter My Little Pony stuff, and my son was a Ninja Turtle for Halloween. It’s so crazy to see stuff from your childhood become popular again 30 years later. While I love buying stuff for my kids, I secretly have my eye on a few 80’s things for myself, and my husband, who was born in 83. We both [CONTINUE READING…]
This post is sponsored by Everywhere Agency on behalf of OshKosh B’gosh; however, all thoughts and opinions expressed are my own. The holiday season is upon us, and I am so excited! I love getting together with my family to celebrate Christmas. We swap gifts, eat to our heart’s content, share laughter and smiles, and create wonderful memories to last a lifetime. Our holidays have become even more exciting over the last few years, as my sisters and I have added 5 kids to our family, with another one on the way! Having all those little kids running around certainly makes for some great photo opportunities. I love capturing their smiling faces as they all play with each other and partake in our family traditions. I like to dress my kids up in holiday attire for our family Christmas gatherings, and OshKosh B’gosh always has a wonderful selection of festive holiday fashion to choose from. I [CONTINUE READING…]
