Disclosure: I received an assortment of Easter candy from HERSHEY’S and a stipend from the Global Influence Network for participating in this campaign. Thoughts and opinions here are my own.
Easter is one of my favorite holidays. To me, it signifies the beginning of spring, which is something I long for here in the cold, snowy state of Maine.
After waking up to a colorful basket full of delicious Easter candy, Easter Sundays as a child were spent dressing up in beautiful, pastel dresses and going to church with my family. After church, we would all gather together and feast on a large meal of ham, mashed potatoes and veggies.
I love decorating for Easter. Easter bunnies, chicks, eggs, spring flowers ~ I love them all! This year, I decided to add a cute little touch of Easter to my family’s Easter table, with these adorable Easter Bunny Napkins. Aren’t they cute??
Not only can these be used to dress up your Easter table, but they can also be used to add a cute little decor to your candy dishes and more!
A thicker napkin results in a bigger bunny.
These Easter Bunny Napkins are really quite simple to make. Read the step-by-step guide below for directions.
STEP 1. Start with a square, cloth napkin. Iron the napkin so that there are no creases.
STEP 2. Starting from the bottom of the napkin, fold up the bottom third of the napkin to the center.
STEP 3. Starting from the top of the napkin, fold the top third of the napkin down to meet the bottom crease.
STEP 4. Fold the right side up as shown below.
STEP 5. Fold the left side up as shown below. Your napkin should now have a point at the bottom.
STEP 6. Fold the right side down as shown below.
STEP 7. Fold the left side down as shown below. Your napkin should now have a point in the top as well.
STEP 8. Fold the right side down from the folded piece in the middle, as shown below.
STEP 9. Fold the left side down from the folded piece in the middle as shown below.
STEP 10. Fold the napkin in half as shown below.
STEP 11. Carefully flip the napkin over, while holding it together with your fingers and tie a string or ribbon around it to create a head with ears and a body.
THE FINISHED PRODUCT!
And, of course, no Easter would be complete without HERSHEY’S candy! I think out of all of the holidays, Easter has the best candy. I can’t get enough of those Cadbury Mini Eggs! What’s your favorite Easter candy??
