John bought me a KitchenAid Mixer for Christmas, and I really could not have asked for a better gift.  I have secretly been wanting one for years now, but never asked for one because they are a bit on the expensive side. I am so lucky to have a husband that knows exactly what I want, without me having to ask for it. He always buys me the best gifts!

I’ll admit, when I first opened my gift, I was taken aback and actually felt really guilty. I knew he probably spent a lot of money on it, even though he claims that he got it on sale and was able to use a coupon to drop the price down by quite a lot. Now that I’ve had it for a while, though, I feel like it was definitely a great investment. I use my KitchenAid Mixer all the time. It makes baking so much easier!

Did you know that you can do so much more than just mix ingredients with your KitchenAid Mixer? There are a ton of other things you can do with it!

Take a look at this great infographic below, that shows all the great things your KitchenAid Mixer can do, with all of the different attachments available for it.  I have the pasta roller and cutter attachment (another excellent gift from my husband!), and I absolutely love it. It’s so neat to be able to make fresh pasta right at home, and it tastes so much better than boxed pasta that you buy at the store. Here’s a great video that shows exactly how to use the KitchenAid pasta attachments to make fresh pasta at home.

  1. I nrever had a Kitchen Aid Mixer…or any mixer for that matter. I never though I needed one…but now…maybe. I didn’t know you could make pasta with it. Didn’t actually realize that you could use it as a slicer either. That would make some things so much easier.

  2. That’s amazing! I don’t have a Kitchen Aid, but I want one now!!

  3. I got one a few years ago for Christmas when my husband & mother went in together. I had no idea of all these attachments. I will be looking into them. I have a feeling they may be pricey too.

  4. Hi there – what a great image! Any idea if it’s available as a hard copy? On paper?? I’d love to hang it on my kitchen wall!
I tried clicking on “Part Select” above it doesn’t go anywhere….
    Thanks!
