John went out to a movie night with some guys from work tonight, so after Kayleigh finally went to bed at about 8:30, I actually had a couple of hours to myself.  That doesn’t happen very often!

With my new-found freedom, I did what every woman does when they have a couple of hours alone to relax – watch a chick flick and eat some ice cream.  Only I decided to make an ice cream float, and add a little Captain Morgan Private Stock to make it a little more “grown up”.

Captain & Coke Float

This Captain & Coke Float was so delicious and a great end to my very busy day.  It felt so nice to relax on the couch in my pj’s, sipping on a creamy, chocolaty drink, while watching a movie, uninterrupted.  Heaven.

So, if you happen to find yourself with a little free time to relax and unwind, give this Captain & Coke Float a try!
