This review was made possible by Double Duty Divas and Pampers. I was provided the featured product free of charge to facilitate my review, but all opinions are 100% mine.

As a Mom of an almost 5 month old, I know first hand just how hard it is to get a good night’s sleep with a baby in the  house.  Kayleigh’s sleeping habits have come a long way since John and I first brought her home from the hospital, but she still wakes up a couple of times during the night some nights.  On the nights that she actually does sleep through the night, I need to have a diaper I can count on to provide coverage for that long period of time.  I certainly don’t want to wake up to a huge mess, and I don’t want Kayleigh to be uncomfortable either.

Pampers interviewed more than 9,000 Moms about what was important for their baby, and found the number one unmet need is a diaper that provides superior overnight dryness.  Some Moms in my Facebook Pregnancy/New Moms group were actually just complaining about this very thing recently.Pampers logo

Pampers listened to these Moms and responded by designing a diaper that both mom and baby can count on for up to 12 hours of overnight protection!

Pampers Baby Dry

Pampers’ Baby Dry Diapers come in sizes 1 through 6, and feature:

  • An “Ultra Absorb” core to cover up to 95% of overnight loads (sizes 3-5).
  • Their most absorbent Baby Dry ever (sizes 2-5) with a 15% increase in capacity.
  • Three layers of absorbency vs. two (the amount found in ordinary diapers).
  • A longer absorbent area and new, fun graphics.
  • Snug, stretchy sides, colored tabs and a belted design to reassure parents that the diaper will hold up.

Pampers has also made their softest diaper, Swaddlers, available through size 5, so babies can stay with the diaper they love for longer!  These diapers also offer 12 hours of protection, making them a great choice for overnight wear.

Pampers Swaddlers

Pampers recently sent me a package of their new Baby Dry Diapers and larger sized Swaddlers.  While Kayleigh isn’t quite big enough to fit in them yet, we’re eagerly anticipating using.  The very first diaper Kayleigh wore (in the hospital) was Pampers Swaddlers.  Did you know that they are the #1 choice of hospitals

To help with their mission to give the gift of sleep, Pampers also sent me a $100.00 gift card.  I was asked to go shopping and surprise a family with a baby with some things to help promote a good night’s sleep.  My younger sister, Amber, had a baby girl 2 months ago, so I was really excited to surprise her with a gift basket full of sleep promoting goodies!

I headed out to Walmart to do some shopping, and came home with a bunch of really great stuff.  I put together this cute gift basket, and surprised her with it yesterday.

I started this gift basket off with 2 packages of Pampers Baby Dry diapers.  These will help keep my niece, Morgan, dry all night long, so she can sleep comfortably.  Pampers Baby Dry Diapers - Pampers Give the Gift of Sleep

Next, I included a 2-pack of Garanimals Swaddlers.  Kayleigh always sleeps better when she’s swaddled, and I think Morgan will too!

I included Baby Magic Calming Baby Bath, lavender and chamomile scented.

And lotion too.

The final item I included for Morgan was a really cute bedtime story, ‘Snuggle Up, Sleepy Ones’, to help her drift off to sleep.

For my sister, Amber, I found this great smelling Lavender Blueberry candle.  It also has a wooden wick which makes a very soothing crackling sound as it burns.

Then, I picked up some lavender & chamomile scented body soak.

And body butter, and a loofah of course.

I also got her an inflatable bath pillow, so she can really relax in the tub.

To wrap up her relaxing evening, I included a box of comforting Sleepytime Tea.

Amber certainly was surprised, and she loved all of her gifts! Hopefully these will help her and Morgan get a good night’s sleep!
